TJFS Waivers and Documents

The TJFS | Tahoe Freeride Release of Liability, IFSA Release of Liability, and all mountain specific waivers will be signed after registration in a different platform.  Your registration will be complete once you have signed and submitted ALL of the waivers.

All waivers will be sent to you before the events. 

I will look for the online TJFS ROL, IFSA ROL, and all mountain waivers in the confirmation email at the end of this registration. Once I receive the waivers in my confirmation email, I will complete, sign and submit EVERY waiver prior to the first event. At this time my Non-Athlete Membership registration will be complete.

Proof of Health Insurance

I attest that I hold a current and active health insurance policy for. I will notify the TJFS of any changes or updates to my health insurance policy.
I the parent/legal guardian of the athlete attest that I/we hold a current and active health insurance policy for this athlete. I will notify the TJFS of any changes or updates to our health insurance policy.
